Our company’s quality inspection process
Incoming Quality Control (IQC) include AQC sampling, appearance, structure assembly size, ensuring raw materials are qualified.
In-Process Quality Control (IPQC ) include appearance structure,function test, production process control.
Final Quality Control/ Out-going Quality Control (FOC/OQC) finished products test , AQC appearance and packaging, product function test etc.
Quality Assurance (QA) Trial Production Test Product function Airflow is unusual or not, smoke, burnt smell, and other indicators. Find problems in the process of production and give corrective proposals.
